The £95 note

After a first private hour you can offer £95 for the next one. Nothing is sent automatically — you send it yourself, one parent at a time, and you see exactly who first. Only parents who ticked “email me occasionally” on the booking form can be written to, once each, and every letter carries a working unsubscribe.

Class register

Class days: Wednesday 6–7pm, Saturday 12–1pm. The number under a day is how many girls are marked coming. Tap a day to open it. A day marked off has no class — half-term, a studio holiday, or between terms — so nobody is put on it and no reminder goes.

Term girls appear on their day by themselves once they have classes left. The evening before each class (around 4pm) every girl marked Coming whose parent left an email gets a branded reminder — a girl on her first visit (tagged here) also gets the how-to-find-us video, and one who has been before gets the short one, whether she is on a trial or a term. An earlier class counts unless it was marked Missed or she was set to No. After class, Was there or Missed takes one session off a term girl’s count (the terms give no credit for missed classes); Clear puts it back.
